Book one: The Physical body The physical body needs to be cleansed, nourished, relaxed in order to be effective. The physical body is a machine. It follows the programming in our DNA in order to function. Stress is the number one killer because it can strain so many parts of the body. Having a relaxing routine needs to be part of our monthly life especially for women. There needs to be a way for the body to relax in order to lower blood pressure, calm the mind and sleep better. Sleep is vital. use ear plugs, take Epsom salt baths, listen to healing vibrational music. Shake it off, get in motion, slow yoga, intentional walks, swim and float. float lab, isolation tanks, trying out new things. Massage, there is so much in the massage world, hot stone, cupping, aromatherapy, then there are additional things to try such as anal cleanse, yoni steam cleanse. The more common basic chiropractic and acupuncture a lot of people swear by it.
